Most hearings scheduled for court in downtown Louisville this week have been rescheduled.
Jefferson County court officials have failed to give hundreds of tenants facing eviction accurate information about how to participate in remote court hearings over Zoom, according to the lawsuit.
Anyone entering a Louisville Metro Government building will be required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, beginning on Monday, Aug. 2.
