LMPD says members of its dive team responded around 1 p.m. after receiving reports that a contract diver had been pulled into a pump at the plant in the 14600 block of Dixie Highway.
It happened around 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 23 at the Mill Creek Plant on Dixie Highway.
