Some call for cancellation of 'Light Up Louisville' this year, saying there's 'nothing to celebrate'
With the many uncertainties that have come with 2020, the city is now considering alternatives for the traditional "Light Up Louisville."
The display will include a rainbow of colors, and holiday-themed gobo lights celebrating Kwanza and Hanukkah.
The holiday celebration will cause several road closures from noon to 11:30 a.m. on the day after Thanksgiving.
