A 61-year-old man was shot and killed by police in Laurel County after neighbors say they served a warrant to the wrong home

According to police, when officers served the warrant, they said Doug Harless, 63, pointed at gun at them.
According to KSP, nine officers with the London Police Department were serving a search warrant at 11:53 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2024, at 511 Vanzant Road in Laurel County.
