The motion states Marc Hibel is a former chemist who had many roles that included overseeing the safe handling, transport and disposal of potentially volatile chemicals.
Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Patricia Morris lowered Marc Hibel's bond from $50,0000 to $1,000 and ordered he be placed on home incarceration and recieve mental health and addiction treatment if he posts the bond.
