LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One person was taken to the hospital after a fire burned down a transmission shop on Preston Highway Wednesday afternoon.
According to Okolona Fire, the call for the fire came in just after 4 p.m. and it took crews about 30 minutes to get it under control.
The building, American Transmission in the 6300 block of Preston Highway, is considered to be a total loss. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
It's also unknown how severe the injuries are for the person who was taken to the hospital.
