LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two inmates who escaped from a Kentucky institution have been captured.

Around 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon, Kentucky State Police arrested Billy Potter and Steven Spencer in Anderson County.

The two escaped from the Bell County Forestry Camp on Monday near Pineville.

Police responded to a flock camera alert of a stolen vehicle with Tennessee plates.

They stopped the men and took them into custody.
