LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) ā A man has been charged in connection to a March fatal crash in Lyndon that killed another man and his dog and injured two other people, police said.
Tyler Kinser, 21, faces charges of second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, operating without required insurance, and operating on a suspended or revoked license, among other traffic offenses.
The crash happened March 8, 2026, just before 2:15 p.m. at the intersection of North Hurstbourne Parkway and Ormsby Station Road.
57-year-old Stephen Lynch was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Lyndon Police Department. His dog, Daisy also died in the crash.
Two other people were injured and taken to UofL Hospital.
Police said the investigation is ongoing, and additional details on what caused the crash or how Kinser was involved were not immediately available.Ā
Ā Kinser is set to be arraigned Monday at 1 p.m.
