LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 57-year-old man was identified Monday as the victim of a motorcycle crash earlier this month on Interstate 64 in Louisville.
Louisville Metro Police said the crash was reported just after 3 p.m. June 20. A motorcyclist crashed into a guardrail on the ramp from I-64 West to Interstate 264 East.
The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, but speed was a contributing factor, police said. The motorcyclist died at the scene.
On Monday, the Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified him as David Sloyer. He died from blunt force injuries.
