Addie & Baylor Foundation, Kentucky Science Center unveil Discovery Gallery Library project

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A children’s learning space at the Kentucky Science Center is getting a major upgrade.

The Addie & Baylor Foundation and the Kentucky Science Center announced plans to renovate the Discovery Gallery Library in downtown Louisville, aiming to expand access to books and create a more interactive space for young visitors.

The project is designed to blend literacy with hands-on learning, encouraging children to read, explore and engage through updated exhibits and a refreshed library environment.

Renderings of the redesigned space were shared during Tuesday’s announcement at the Kentucky Science Center on West Main Street.
