LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man with Louisville ties is on the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list.

The agency is looking for Gregory Henderson Jr. for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking and animal fighting conspiracies. 

The FBI Louisville said Tuesday he's also wanted for "his role as the leader of a violent, neighborhood-based gang" in Indianapolis, Indiana, that is "affiliated with the Gangster Disciples and has significant drug distribution ties to the Sinaloa Cartel."

The agency said Henderson is accused of being involved in the distribution of narcotics including cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine in the Indianapolis area and surrounding region. He's also accused of engaging in a dog fighting criminal enterprise that "resulted in the severe abuse and death of numerous dogs."

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Henderson on Sept. 17, 2025, on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute controlled substances, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments and conspiracy to engage in an animal fighting venture (dogfighting).

Henderson has ties to Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati and is considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities are offering an up to $1 million reward for information that leads to Henderson's arrest.
