American Red Cross hosting blood drive at KFC Yum! Center Thursday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- People are encouraged to donate blood to the American Red Cross at the KFC Yum! Center Thursday.

The American Red Cross will host a blood drive at the arena in downtown Louisville from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. People are encouraged to register in advance.

According to a news release, donors will receive a free American Red Cross solar lantern. All donors will receive free parking at the the Parking Authority of River City (PARC) Center parking garage, which is accessible from Second and Third streets.

People will need to bring a blood donor card or driver's license or two other forms of identification.
