LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Trimble County Water District lifted a boil water advisory notice Friday after a water main break in the area on April 15.
Residents in some areas of Trimble County, Kentucky were expected to experience low water pressure or temporary loss of water service while the company makes repairs.
The following were listed as affected areas:
- Bedford Sulphur Road
- Smith Lane
- Highway 316
- Highway 421 South to Antioch Church
- Carlisle Road.
Officials recommended boiling any water for consumption for at least three minutes before use.
The advisory was in place until the company tested the water and confirmed it’s safe to drink.
