Bullitt Central High school students prepare for its 2nd annual farm-to-table dinner

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Bullitt Central High School students are preparing for its second annual farm-to-table scholarship dinner.

This year's theme is "Foods from Around the World."

The menu will feature samplings of beef prepared in different ways accompanied by vegetables and herbs.

The event started last year with the high school's FFA department but was quickly expanded to include the school's other career and technical education programs including Agriculture, Animal Science, Culinary, Business and Performing Arts.

The dinner is Saturday, December 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bullitt Central High school's cafeteria.
