Jeffersonville celebrates grand opening of luxury apartment complex

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A luxury apartment complex with 264 units held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday in southern Indiana.

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group and LDG Development partnered to build the garden style multi-family community in a new complex off Veterans Parkway. "The Warren" upscale apartments are located at 4501 Town Center Blvd., according to a news release.

Tenants can choose from a mix of 84 one-bedroom, 132 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom apartment homes. Rental prices range from $1,270 to $1,935 per month.

"We are thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of The Warren, a premier luxury community in Jeffersonville," Brandon Denton, co-founder and Partner of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, said in a news release. "This development reflects our commitment to Building Better Communities by providing high-quality housing and amenities for families and the growing workforce in the area."

The apartment features a resort-style heated pool with sun shelf, modern clubhouse, gourmet grilling stations, fire pits, express market, state-of-the-art fitness center with Peloton machines, coffee bar, EV charging stations, car wash, bike repair, pet spa and dog park.

Residents have started moving in, and one-, two- and three-bedroom units are currently available for lease.
