LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A South Korean chicken chain is coming to the Louisville area.
According to our partners at Louisville Business First, plans call for a new bb.q Chicken location in the former Hardee's on Oscar Road in the Springhurst area. This will be the chain's second Kentucky location. The other is in Union.
The chain is best known for its fried chicken, but the menu also features tteokbokki, a popular dish made with rice cakes and fish cakes, as well as rice bowls, dumplings and other sides.
The Louisville location is listed as "coming soon" on the company's website, but no timeline has been announced.
