LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB/WAVE) — A man arrested in connection to two separate shootings and a kidnapping was caught on camera spitting at a Louisville judge during arraignment court.

Glenn Keith was in arraignment court Friday facing three counts of second-degree assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon after being arrested Thursday.

Court documents say Keith shot two men in separate incidents. Days later, documents say he zip-tied, beat and forcibly took a third man.

The first incident reportedly happened June 11 when Keith drove by a man walking on the sidewalk on Wood Road and fired multiple shot at him. He hit the man multiple times in the left leg before driving off. The man was taken to the hospital.

On June 19, Keith allegedly drove by another man who was mowing his grass and then returned "a few minutes later," firing at him multiple times and hitting him in the thigh. That man was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

Two days later, Keith allegedly got into an argument with a third man before pushing him down, zip-tying his hands together behind his back and hitting him in the face with a handgun. The arrest report says Keith pushed the third man into a vehicle and drove around with him in the backseat. Police said Keith made the man call his father while driving and demand $1,300. He then allegedly kept the third man at a location for "several hours" and wouldn't allow him to leave until the man's dad dropped off the money.

Keith knew all three men, according to court documentation. All three survived their injuries.

Keith appeared in court Friday morning and spat at the judge before leaving his arraignment. The judge, Katie King, was heard saying, "He just needs to go."

King set his bond at $100,000 full cash.
