LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kroger held a grand reopening for its store in Shelbyville Thursday morning.
The location is at 311 Boone Station Road.
As part of the grand opening, Kroger employees handed out $25 gift cards to the first 100 shoppers.
The $2.6 million upgrade is expected to improve the shopping experience, thanks to expanded produce sections and a larger deli and bakery.
Kroger Shelbyville will be holding grand opening events and offers throughout the weekend.
