LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Ever wanted to own a doughnut business? Now could be your time.

Honey Crème Donut Shop has been open in New Albany for 80 years but now the owners are looking to auction off the business. 

The auction will be open from Oct. 11 to Oct. 17. The starting bid is $750,000 and includes the mixers, fryers, display cases, nearly one acre of land and a large parking lot.

The first open house is Wednesday, Oct. 2 from noon to 1 p.m. and the second is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 15 from 1-3 p.m.

Honey Crème has been family owned since the mid-1940s but you can decide to continue the business or open a different retail spot.
