LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — One of downtown Louisville's few gas stations has a new owner.
According to our partners at Louisville Business First, the former Thorntons at the corner of First Street and West Broadway was just purchased by 100 Broadway LLC for $2.8 million.
The company who purchased the Thorntons site is registered to Newburg Road, the current site of a BP gas station. Thorntons is a part of the BP portfolio.Â
It's not clear what the company's plans are for property. The site, which is less than an acre, closed in February 2024.
