LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two southern Indiana hospitals officially joined Norton Healthcare.
Clark Memorial Health in Jeffersonville is now Norton Clark Hospital, while Scott Memorial Health in Scottsburg is now Norton Scott Hospital.
Nothing will change for patients, but they'll be able to access all of Norton's resources and specialists.
"We have greater opportunities to serve this region, this community in even better ways going forward so it's a big deal to Norton Healthcare," said Russell Cox, Norton Healthcare president and CEO.
Norton Healthcare said it's supporting hospital staff during the transition to make it a smooth process for patients.
