LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There are plans to rebuild at the site of a massive apartment fire in Louisville.
The fire tore through the 310 @ NuLu apartment complex on South Hancock Street in the city's Phoenix Hill neighborhood back in February.

Fortunately, everyone made it out safely. But the building had to be demolished, leaving more than 60 people without a home and many of their belongings.Â
Earlier this month, the owner of the apartment complex filed plans with the city to build another one, which would be four stories and include 42 apartments. The estimated cost is nearly $9 million.Â
There's no word yet on when construction could start.
