LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A competency hearing is scheduled Friday in federal court for Stan Curtis.  The USA Harvest founder is accused of stealing more than $180,000 from the charity and charging $370,000 more as personal expenses.

Curtis hasn't entered a plea yet because of questions about his physical and mental competency to understand the charges against him.

Earlier this year, Curtis appeared at the federal courthouse in a wheelchair looking frail and confused.
