LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The conviction and life sentence of a Somali immigrant found guilty of killing his four children has been upheld.
The Kentucky Supreme Court found a judge didn't make an error in how he handled the insanity claims of Said Biyad. He was convicted in 2011 for killing his children by slitting their throats after an argument with his wife.
She was also injured in the attack.
