LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A teenage boy was shot Friday night in Louisville's Taylor Berry neighborhood.
Dwight Mitchell, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded just after 11 p.m. to a call at Mary & Elizabeth Hospital about a 16-year-old boy who was taken there after being shot.
Police said the shooting took place in the 1400 block of Arcade Avenue.
According to police, the teen was then taken to UofL Hospital and is expected to survive.
