LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A second person arrested for a Black Friday murder pleaded not guilty in court Thursday.
Anita Martinez, 34, was arrested Wednesday and charged with complicity to murder. A day earlier, 44-year-old Damon Taylor was arrested and charged with murder for the same incident.
Martinez and Taylor are accused of shooting and killing a man on Preston Highway in the Newburg neighborhood around 2 a.m. Nov. 29.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
The judge set a $250,000 bond for Martinez. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 19.
