LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A second person has been arrested and charged in connection to a homicide last month in Louisville's Newburg neighborhood.
Anita Martinez, 34, is charged with complicity to murder in the Nov. 29 fatal shooting.
A spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police said officers responded to the 6100 block of Preston Highway at 2:15 a.m. on a reported person down.
Police found a man who had died from a gunshot wound. The age and identity of the victim remains unknown at this time.
According to an arrest report for Martinez, the homicide was caught on surveillance video so police were able to get a description of the suspected vehicle seen fleeing the scene and the suspects.
Martinez was arrested on a warrant and admitted to her involvement in the murder, police said.
Damon Taylor, 44, was arrested and charged with murder in the shooting on Tuesday.
Both Martinez and Taylor are being held at Metro Corrections in downtown Louisville.
