LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A homicide victim from a 1990 Daviess County cold case was identified Friday as a Louisville man.
According to Kentucky State Police, on Jan. 7, 1990, a man was found deceased in the woods off of Pleasant Valley Road in Philpot, Kentucky.
The man was shot multiple times, beaten and was missing his hands and feet.
With the assistance of the Trans Doe Task Force, the victim was identified as 37-year-old William Dennis Matthews of Louisville.
