LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A suspect accused of killing a 31-year-old man in Louisville's Clifton Heights neighborhood is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Police said Benjamen Strange shot and killed Sean Gray in 2023. Strange is charged with murder and receiving stolen property.
The hearing Monday will determine if he is competent to stand trial. Strange's trial was set for last May, but it was delayed because of issues getting a psychiatric evaluation.Â
