LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Henry County man was found guilty for the murder of a 22-year-old in 2018.
Tuesday, a jury found Gregory Heightchew guilty on several charges, including murder, arson, attempted murder, and evidence tampering.
According to court documents, in 2018 22-year-old Elijah Creekmore was found dead inside a burned vehicle in Lockport, Kentucky, about 56 miles east of Louisville.
Heightchew was identified as the suspect by Kentucky State Police.Â
His sentencing is scheduled for April.
