LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police released pictures of two men considered "persons of interest" in the fatal shooting earlier this month at Cafe 360 on Bardstown Road in the Deer Park neighborhood.

Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Sgt. Matt Sanders said police responded about 3:30 a.m. to 1500 block of Bardstown Road at Cafe 360 on a call of a person down inside. Upon arrival, police found a man down and called EMS. Sanders said EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The man was later identified by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office as 21-year-old Theodore Brown.

On Monday, Sanders released three pictures showing two men considered by homicide investigators to be persons of interest in the shooting.

Louisville's Alcoholic Beverage Control asked for an emergency suspension of Cafe 360's liquor license "following a series of incidents in and around" the business. A few days later, Cafe 360 said it would relinquish its extended 2-4 a.m. liquor license for a six-month period in an effort to mitigate future violent incidences. It also plans hire private security on Fridays through Sundays from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., Metro Councilman Ben Reno-Weber said.

The restaurant will relinquish its extended 2-4 a.m. liquor license for a six-month period in an effort to mitigate future violent incidences. It will also hire private security on Fridays through Sundays from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., according to Reno-Weber.
