LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping and strangulation.
Officers said Paulo Cruz Argueta, 34, dragged a woman by her hair toward a house on S. 38th St. in the Chickasaw neighborhood in the early morning hours of Sept. 28. He's also accused of choking the woman.
When police told Argueta to get off the victim, they said he ran into the home and pretended to be asleep before he was arrested.
In court Monday, the judge said she believes Argueta to be a danger. His bond was set at $75,000 cash.
