LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating after a man was shot Saturday night in the Russell neighborhood.
Police said the shooting happened at Elliott Park in the 600 block of South 28th Street. A man was shot.
The victim later showed up at Norton West Louisville Hospital around 9 p.m. and was treated there before being taken to UofL Hospital.
Police said he was alert and conscious, and his injuries are not life-threatening.
No suspects have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
