LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A teenager was arrested Monday in connection to a fatal shooting in west Louisville earlier this year.Â
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis said Tuesday that the male juvenile was arrested for the Feb. 8 shooting in the 1600 block of Gallagher Street at California Park. He's charged with complicity to murder, attempted murder and second-degree assault.
The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. that night, LMPD said in a statement at the time. Once on scene, officers found a 15- or 16-year-old boy who'd been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Â
A short time later that same day, another male, whose age wasn't known at the time, was found shot at 9th and Cawthon streets, near West Broadway. He was transported to UofL Hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
In July, police arrested a 17-year-old boy on the same charges.
Police said Monday's arrest is believed to be the final one in connection to the Feb. 8 shootings.
