LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man from Clark County, Indiana, was arrested Thursday in Florida on 60 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, child exploitation and child pornography.
In a news release, the Clark County Sheriff's Office said 25-year-old Michael Carter was arrested in Riviera Beach, Florida, after an extensive investigation.
Carter's location was tracked to Riviera Beach using the Flock camera system.
With assistance from local agencies, a bulletin was issued to officers and enforcement mobilized within minutes.
Carter was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and will be taken back to Indiana.
