LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested and charged with murdering his father from a January shooting in southern Indiana, according to police.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office said it received a 911 call around 9 p.m. about a double shooting on Jan. 30, 2025. Police said Robert Fox, 28, and Larry Fox, 76, were together in the 11000 block of W. County Road 325 N. when they were shot.
Police said Robert Fox was shot in the arm and taken to the hospital. Larry Fox died on the scene.
According to police, detectives collected numerous items of evidence and interviewed several people.
Robert Fox was arrested in Seymour without incident April 19. He was taken to the Jackson County Jail and charged with murder.
