LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Kentucky woman is facing drug trafficking charges after police found OxyContin pills concealed in Lego pieces in a package addressed to her.
According to investigators with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, agents intercepted a package from Poland on Feb. 5 at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.
The package, addressed to Amber Back, 41, in Mt. Sterling, contained 100 OxyContin pills concealed inside Lego pieces.
Mt. Sterling police delivered the package to Back, and took her in for questioning.
Back reportedly told investigators that another woman had arranged to have the drugs delivered to her home and that she was not involved.
Police said she gave them access to her phone, and they found messages discussing the sale of the pills to other individuals.
Back was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. She's out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are possible.
