LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman was taken to the hospital after being shot in the Shawnee neighborhood on Sunday night, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said police responded to a shooting in the 4100 block of Herman Street around 10:45 p.m. Police found a woman who had been shot.
She was taken to University of Louisville Hospital, according to Bradley. The woman is stable.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating.
