LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted a Louisville man Wednesday for allegedly shooting another man back in November.
The indictment accuses 24-year-old Toree Sims of causing serious injury to the victim with a gun.
The case was investigated by LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit. Both men were at Bourbon Hall when Sims reportedly followed the victim as he left the venue.Â
Police said video from a gas station at 1st and Jefferson streets showed Sims firing at the victim.
The victim was shot twice in the rear-end and once in the thigh.
