LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested Wednesday in Maryland after a woman was found shot to death in Louisville's Southland Park neighborhood just the day before.
Louisville Metro Police said officers responded to the 6400 block of Kenjoy Drive on Monday to check the welfare of a woman.Â
After filing a missing person report, officers began investigating inside the home Tuesday and found a woman who died from a gunshot wound.
LMPD's Homicide Unit then began investigating and a murder warrant was issued. On Wednesday, 41-year-old Tho Luong was arrested by Maryland State Police.
He's charged with murder.
