LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people were shot in the Algonquin neighborhood on early Wednesday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
According to LMPD spokesperson Matthew Sanders, officers responded to a Shotspotter a little after midnight in the 1600 block of W. Lee Street, near Algonquin Parkway.
Upon arrival, officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
One of the men was shot in the clavicle area and was transported to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Sanders.
The second man was reportedly grazed by a bullet. He was not transported and remained on scene.
The two victims are cooperating with LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit.
