LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man arrested in Maryland, accused of killing his wife last month in Louisville, will face a Jefferson County judge Thursday morning.
According to court records, Kim Ngyuen was found shot to death inside her home on Kenjoy Drive in Louisville's Southland Park neighborhood in late January.
At the time, Louisville Metro Police said they were investigating a missing persons case when they found Ngyuen's body.
Tho Luong, 41, was arrested by Maryland State Police the day after Ngyuen was found.Â
Luong will be arraigned on a murder charge in Louisville Thursday morning.
Court records indicate a history of domestic violence, including several threats Luong made to kill Ngyuen in the past.
