LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 15-year-old girl was arrested in connection to the fatal shooting Saturday near Louisville's PRP neighborhood.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a reported shooting around 4:14 p.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of Fordhaven Road. That's off St. Anthony Church Road near Pleasure Ridge Park, department spokesperson Sgt. Matthew Sanders said.
Sanders said when officers arrived, they found a vehicle in a ditch and a man in his 20s outside the car who had been shot. The man, later identified as 20-year-old Milton Ritchie by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police won't release the name of the suspect, since she is a minor, but said she is being charged with complicity to murder and robbery.
