LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Shively are asking for the public's help to identify a woman who allegedly robbed a Thorntons convenience store with a gun.

According to a social media post, a woman allegedly displayed a handgun at the front counter and stole items after entering the store with a child.

Police said she should be considered armed and dangerous.
