LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Shively asked for the public's help Monday to identify a woman who allegedly robbed a Thorntons convenience store with a gun.

According to a social media post, the woman allegedly displayed a handgun at the front counter and stole items after entering the store with a child.

Police said she should be considered armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday, Shively Police Sgt. Jordan Brown said the woman, 21-year-old Raniah Morris, turned herself in Tuesday morning in downtown Louisville.

She's charged with first-degree robbery.
