LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An argument at an Indiana pharmacy reportedly led to a man grabbing a woman by the throat.
It happened Monday afternoon at a Kroger Pharmacy in Columbus, Indiana, according to police.
The woman reportedly told officers she was being helped at the pharmacy counter when Steven Ebert, 65, came up and started arguing because he thought she cut in line.
Officers said he then grabbed the woman by her throat, and the incident was broken up by bystanders.
Police spoke to witnesses and looked at security footage from the store and arrested Ebert for strangulation.
Ebert was booked into the Bartholomew County Jail. His first court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 29.
