LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Parents and students in southern Indiana have an opportunity to get school ready before the first day of classes begin.
Community Action of Southern Indiana is hosting a Back to School Community Health Fair at its Jeffersonville location this Saturday, July 19.
It's happening from 9 a.m. to noon at 201 East 15th Street.
There will be free backpacks and school supplies giveaways, health screenings including immunizations, blood pressure checks and dental screenings. There will also be free food and train rides.
Some school districts in Indiana go back to class starting this month.
