LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Greater Clark County Schools canceled outdoor activities and practices on Monday due to heat.
The southern Indiana school district plans to continue to monitor the heat index in the coming days to decide on additional cancellations.
"The health and safety of our students and staff is one of our top priorities," GCCS said in a Facebook post.
