LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Hardin County Schools wants to make sure young children are reading ready.
The district has transformed a school bus into a mobile education facility to help preschool and kindergarten students be better readers.
The Hardin County Early Learning Bus launches at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 12, at Duvall Park in Radcliff, 1198 South Atcher St.
The theme for the first "literacy stop" is "Where the Wild Things Are," in honor of the popular children's book.
