LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Officials are working to fix a malfunctioning outdoor warning siren in the Louisville area Friday night.
According to an alert from Louisville Metro Emergency Services, tornado warning sirens were heard going off in the Jeffersontown/Middletown area.Â
Officials said it was a malfunction, and has been located.
Crews are taking appropriate action to fix the malfunctioning siren. There are no active warnings in our area.
